North America Conference on Integrated Care : October 15 – 17, 2024

The North America Conference on Integrated Care (NACIC24), to be held October 15-17, 2024 in Calgary, aims to bring together leaders, researchers, clinicians, managers, community representatives, patients and caregivers to discuss healthcare integration. Under the overarching theme of “Creating Health through Integrated Care”, the conference will address key topics such as human transformation for collective impact, community health and well-being, and navigating the complexity of integrated teams and systems. Cross-cutting priorities include health equity and people- and community-centered partnership, which are essential to advancing integrated care and population health.
