Why is this session important?

In a context marked by budgetary constraints, rapid demographic transitions, and persistent inequalities, the BSDD Policy Scorecard emerges as an innovative tool for measuring and comparing the performance of public policies. This session will provide participants with an opportunity to better understand the differing dynamics between West Africa and Central Africa, shed light on governance challenges, and contribute to reflections on the effectiveness of demographic dividend-sensitive policies.
